Looking for info about our TELUS Rewards program? You've come to the right thread. You'll find your answers here, but if you don't...feel free to ask your own question for our community to answer! From Winners and Uber gift cards, to brand new electronics, and other great items...you can earn points to redeem simply by being a valued TELUS customer! Let's check out some details on the program and how you can start earning!

 

How it Works

TELUS Rewards is a free program that enables eligible new and existing TELUS customers to earn points on their monthly bill and redeem them for amazing rewards. Earn 2% in points for every dollar spent on eligible Home Services, and an extra 2 points every month simply by linking your TELUS Post-paid Mobility account as long as its active! For example, if you spend $100 per month, you'll earn 2 points! There's also an Enrollment bonus just for starting up, and even a bonus on your anniversary! Get bonus points after each year of membership! Awesome!

 

If you have 2 or more of these products, you're eligible for our Rewards program:

- Home Phone

- Internet

- Optik TV

- Satellite TV

- Pik TV

- SmartHome Security

- A linked Post-paid TELUS Mobility account

 

How to Sign Up

It's easy! All you need to do is sign up via your My TELUS account. Visit our page HERE and simply click on the green 'Access your rewards' button to get started. If you don't have a My TELUS account, there's a link right below that button to get you registered. Then you can start earning!

It's under the Telus Services category. I just used it a couple of days ago. Note that you can only redeem for Telus services credit once every 12 months.

Since I was able to redeem points for a $50 bill credit last week, I don't need help right now. One long term problem I have however is that I cannot use points for Pay-Per-View. It has been at least 2 years since I was able to use points that way.

I still haven't received an email from anyone to help with the Rewards Points redemptions problem. I still can't use my points for anything but movie credits.

I’ve been trying to resolve the issue of my missing Anniversary Rewards points (10 points) for two billing cycles now. A three day chat ordeal through the app, which was terminated by your agents before the issue was resolved. Another unsuccessful attempt to resolve by telephone after submission of an online form to management. Just terrible, terrible service over what should be the simplest of issues. The irony is, you don’t have any real “rewards” I want anyways. I guess it’s just the principle of it at this “point”. Thanks for your time.

I have no idea how to send you a private message on here. I’ve been told the issue would resolve itself in the next billing cycle (it didn’t). I’ve been told Telus Rewards doesn’t award anniversary points (you do). The latest I’ve been told is that Telus has NEVER awarded me anniversary points, forcing me to look up and screenshot every anniversary point posting to my account dating back to 2018 and prove to Telus something they should most certainly be capable of looking up themselves. What is it I can provide to you that hasn’t been provided to multiple Telus reps already?

Since we have never looked up your account or dealt with you, we have no idea what is going on so there is some investigating that we can do but we need access to your account. We can only ask for personal information over a private message

I haven't been able to access any Telus Rewards in over a year. I have 121 points currently and they are apparently unredeemable. The temporarily unavailable message doesn't mean anything.

I don't see the option to select to use rewards credits to pay towards bill. Has it been discontinued or is it no longer in the rewards catalog?

It was discontinued a long time ago.

I attempted to get a $100 gas gift card but could not get it to go through. Will it still be in limbo. How can I get it?

I attempted to get a $100 gas gift card but it left me in labor & couldn't finish the transaction, did I lose the $100 or can it still be redeemed.

Two things to consider:

1) when you log in again, is your points balance the same or does it reflect an updated balance less the points you spent earlier?

 

2) If cost of the gift card has been subtracted, click on the "Activity" tab along the Rewards navigation bar. You should see your purchase history there and a link to view the digital code. From there, you can access your egiftcard.
