I still haven't received an email from anyone to help with the Rewards Points redemptions problem. I still can't use my points for anything but movie credits. Can anyone at Telus_Support help?
I am also having the same issue. I've been trying to redeem my points for 2 different $50 e-cards and web or app, I get the same thing every time, "You are temporarily unable to redeem this item...". Very frustrating.
