Incorrect Services Listed On My Telus App?
Anybody else having an issue similar to this? Logged into the My Telus app this morning and instead of seeing "unable to retrieve your information" for Optik TV as I usually do, I see $199 worth of services we are not signed up for, and have NEVER been signed up for: You Pick 8 plus 10 Add Ons. When I log into the website for our account, Optik TV services are listed correctly: Essentials plus 2 add on channels @ $58 monthly. I can only assume this is a mistake on the My Telus app, as is so often the case. Please confirm what amount we will be billed for on the next cycle. I can assure you, that if you try billing us for $199 worth of products we never signed up for, I will cancel every service we have with you so fast, your heads will spin. Just noticed that as well! What little “value” the program held, is now even more diluted. They should stop pretending and just do away with it entirely! Once any cancellation fees can be offset by a credit from a new provider, we will be terminating as well. I have no idea how to send you a private message on here. I’ve been told the issue would resolve itself in the next billing cycle (it didn’t). I’ve been told Telus Rewards doesn’t award anniversary points (you do). The latest I’ve been told is that Telus has NEVER awarded me anniversary points, forcing me to look up and screenshot every anniversary point posting to my account dating back to 2018 and prove to Telus something they should most certainly be capable of looking up themselves. I’ve been trying to resolve the issue of my missing Anniversary Rewards points (10 points) for two billing cycles now. A three day chat ordeal through the app, which was terminated by your agents before the issue was resolved. Another unsuccessful attempt to resolve by telephone after submission of an online form to management. Just terrible, terrible service over what should be the simplest of issues. The irony is, you don’t have any real “rewards” I want anyways. I guess it’s just the principle of it at this “point”. Thanks for your time.6.4KViews0likes4Comments
