TELUS Neighbourhood

Since I was able to redeem points for a $50 bill credit last week, I don't need help right now. One long term problem I have however is that I cannot use points for Pay-Per-View. It has been at least 2 years since I was able to use points that way.

Just this week I was able to redeem the $50 bill credit - I should have been able to do that last June.

The bill credit option went away last year as far as I know. I got to use it twice but not in the past year.

I haven't been able to access any Telus Rewards in over a year. I have 121 points currently and they are apparently unredeemable. The temporarily unavailable message doesn't mean anything.
