I haven't updated my account information, but I'm getting this message:

Please try again later to complete your redemption.If you did not complete any recent changes to your TELUS account, please contact us.
Well, there is no 'Iater'. I would have had 350 points to spend, and now there's no way to redeem. Again, I have not updated anything. Looks like a way to avoid giving customers their rewards.
