home phone 2 go

How do i get this app (home phone 2 go) to work properly. I have given it permission to use the microphone but no one can hear me. I can dial and hear the other person ok. If I call my landline with the app I can hear myself so the mike is working in the app. I tried to call 2 different cell numbers and they can not hear me but i can hear them. Any ideas on what is happening?

Would you be willing to do some troubleshooting with us to see if we can correct this issue on your Home Phone App. 

Email SRTMailbox@telus.com with your Name, Phone number, Device Model and current version of the app.
