If I purchase a 30 day Europe Easy Roam Pass can I make call from Canada to Greece or Greece to Canada without incurring roaming charges? Without incurring Long Distance charges? Thanks

Adding an account manager

I would like to add one of the subscribers on my mobility account as a Manager but they do not exist in the list of users and are not in the pending list. How do they submit a request so that they show up in the pending list where I can approve?
