I made a payment of $225 on Feb. 13 and Telus reported to the credit bureau that I had a default in February payment! My bank has notified me of this putting a mark on my otherwise excellent credit report!! I can not get thru to any 1-888 Telus help phone line and am fed up being treated like trash after being a good standing customer for 30 years!!!

That's awful, How many days were you off by for the late payment? Thanks for posting this, I'll be more careful with my account now.
