How To Report Graffiti on TELUS Equipment
TELUS network access boxes and outdoor equipment often get tagged with graffiti. You can report instances directly to TELUS to have it removed as soon as possible. Do not use old any email addresses found online, as these are no longer monitored and will delay cleanup.
To Report Graffiti:
Visit the TELUS contact page or call customer support. Provide the location and description of the affected equipment. TELUS will schedule cleanup through our graffiti removal process.
