Hi,
I have not been able to get in touch with anyone regarding an Telus webstore order return.
I have tried emailing "telusorders@telus.com" multiple times with no response/acknowledgement whatsoever for more than 5 days.
The customer service contact number just plays an automated message to reach out on the email above.
Any help would be appreciated. My return window for the device is closing up on Monday.
