I recently switched my mobility services from Roger's to Telus. When I was on Roger's, my name and number were displayed on the phone of whoever I called. Now that I'm on Telus Mobility, instead of my name appearing on the recipient's call display, "Brit Columbia" is displayed. Some people do not recognize my number (I know!)...And will not answer the call.
Does anybody know if this can be changed to display my name? I've tried to call Telus Mobility, but of course the wait time is always over an hour.
