How to register my new telus sim card with an existing phone number from a different carrier

Hello @RajaaS93

You would need to contact Telus and have them port over the number to Telus first. Then you will be able to register the sim you have with the existing number of yours.

Once you have your new SIM, and your My Telus account set up, you can transfer a number from another carrier in the Plans and Devices section > manage your phone number > Transfer your phone number.
