I have just switched from Fido to Telus and am surprised that when I am making calls my customers don't see my name. I am looking back at the neighbourhood and see this has been an issue telus has been working on...What is the status of this? I never asked if this was an option assuming it would be a no brainer. I guess it's true what they say about assuming....This reason alone may see me switching back once my contract is up!
