In the Armed Stay mode, is there an entry delay (i.e. open door) or does it immediately trigger the alarm?If there is an entry delay, then I time to get to the panel and enter my code.

is it normal to be mislead into signing up for a service that is supposed to be free, but once i receive the agreement it is going to cost me $20 a month extra. is this common for telus to do this?
