Turned on TV and black screen

1st time this has occurred. all was well when turned off last night.Was there an update overnight, don't know. Solution was to unplug power, wait and plug in to reboot.

Missing on demand episode

Bachelor in paradise season 9 episode 9 is missing on demand, can you please follow up? It was aired on nov 30, 2023. I set my pvr to record it, it didn't record either

Resolved! Ability to record daily news program as a series recording

Currently I cannot set up the system to series record the daily news program, I need to manually go and record each program separately. This is something Telus techs said they were working on resolving, can you please provide an update?
