was lead to believe i could manage my mobility account online. however, can not make changes to my rate plan. i would need to phone in, sit on hold and talk to them directly. what a waste of time. a simple click online and done would be so much easier, but then telus wouldnt have the ability to upsell me.

Nope cant be done, i emailed them and was told i need to speak to them in person. been playing phone tag with then for 3 days. last message was that they wont try calling again. this couldve been done already if they had a modern website. why is this so hard to do telus????
