What is the best way to contact Telus?

Just Moved In

I was on hold for 30 minutes before an automated telus message told me that my call could not be answered and to call again later.

Then I tried to used the online chat and got the message "Due to a technical issue, your chat was lost".

When I tried to rejoin the chat I was moved from 7th in line to 11th.
