Peace of mind data useless after base data used

After using all my data and going into the unlimited data prt of the Peace of Mind plan, I'm no longer able to VPN to corporate server, connect to Gmail, or buch if things possible via Hotspot Ted computers. After paying for Fast Pass, things started working after 5 to 10 minutes. This is not unlimited data. It is either being throttled or port or application blocked to the point of being unusable. This is false advertising.

It is as described on the Telus site, and in public discussion forums as well. It also parallels that offers in the USA. Once you reach your limit the following apply:

Your speed is throttled to 512 kbps

Data use is on the phone device only - no tethering (See Terms and Conditions 5 & 6)

It is not meant as a replacement for terrestrial internet.
