My Telus app not showing mobility data usage

I have been having an issue for several months now where when I click on the “Usage” tab in the My Telus app - I get an error message saying “Sorry there was an error loading your usage information Please try again later” I am using an iPhone 10 and I have deleted and reinstalled the App several times but no change. If I log into the Telus website and I can get the details but would really like to get that on the app for ease of use. Any ideas why the app would not be working in this regard?
