I purchased device car for $9 per month. My husbands phone screen cracked (samsung), I put the repair order in online and it tells me there is nobody in my area that can fix the phone screen. My other option is to pay $200 for a new phone, I just want to pay the 50 bucks to fix it. Finally get thru on the phone number and I am told by someone in Guatemala that the nearest repair place is in St. Catherines. an hour and a half from where I live. This is ridiculous I have called and emailed. Same response. What kind of service is this? Nothing in the cities near me??? Brantford? Hamilton? London?. I would not have purchased this extended warranty had I known this was the case. Neither Telus or Asurion can help me out.
