Hi!
I'm currently using a prepaid Telus phone plan. But I haven't been using it for the past few months and I cannot register for a new plan ONLINE. Can anyone help out please?

If your service has not been topped up in 3 months it has expired. You need a fresh SIM to start using prepaid again, and therefore can’t do it online.
