You will need to contact Telus directly if that phone is truly locked to the Telus network.

Device eligibilityYour device must meet all eligibility conditions below. TELUS may refuse any unlock request that appears intended to defraud TELUS or its customers.
- Device is locked to the TELUS network (TELUS can only unlock TELUS devices)
- Device is not flagged as lost or stolen

As I contact me from another country, I only have an IMEI phone and nothing more, I can not contact, please help me in despair.

Unfortunately, the only way to get the phone unlocked is through the steps described by @Nighthawk . You can call Telus toll-free number using Skype.
