You can go to your online banking, and set up a payment option, or you can set up an account through My TELUS, and make payment by credit card, amongst others if I recall.
I’ve used online banking, and set a delayed payment as soon as I receive the bill.
Some institutions (ATB) require a 10 digit number for some reason. Contact Telus, and they can provide an updated number to satisfy them. I suggest contacting them through their Twitter (TELUSSupport) or Facebook presence, so you don’t have to wait on the phone.
