Coverage in Bloor - Yorkville, Toronto, ON

Hello,

I live in a large condo building at 33 Charles St East in Toronto and there is little to no cell coverage with Telus. Is Telus aware of this issue and are there steps being taken to rectify this?

Please update ASAP as I am considering changing cell providers due to the problems I am experiencing!

Has the coverage changed recently as there was a new site that went on air at the end of summer at Younge and Isabella?

Hi Curtis,

Thanks for the prompt response - no its a long standing issue (6 months +).

The problem is mainly on the North side of the building - thus the installation at yonge and isabella (to the south) may not help? Perhaps the North side would not benefit from the new installation it as it would be 'blocked' by the rest of the building?

i.e. Isabella (signal) --> Building (blocking)--> North Side (no reception)?
