If you aren't a Telus customer with active service, Telus won't unlock it. That leaves you with few options. Many places claim to unlock iPhones but many tend to be scams that claim to unlock phones for a huge fee. There may be the odd one that can do it and not rip you off but it's hard to tell if any are legit.
