Area code 368 is a pain

Several APPS (Petrocan) and restaurants including Mexican Kitchen in Whistler don’t recognize my phone number as being valid.It appears the 368 area code is problematic.Lift your game Telus!!

Billing/Account

I cancelled my plan and hopped on my gfs plan b/c it was cheaper. Was told telus would add remainder of account balance to new bill. That didn't happen and now I've had to pay the outstanding and have a late payment. Anyone have any ideas?
