I was given a quote for the phone I sent in the email said it would take 14 days to get me my payment that was back on February 1st 2024 it's now February 28th with no credit and I've sent 5 emails but have yet to get a response any ideas?

Do you have to trade your phone in to get a new one from Telus?

So, I have a Telus mobility debt in collections. My main concern is that my ex had lost the original phone on the bring it back plan o had her on. Then she got a new phone and signed some papers ect..but now that phone and her bill has become my debt...
