S26 Ultra Galaxy Watch 8 Promo Email
Greetings,
Just wanted to see if anyone has gotten their Galaxy Watch 8 email to claim and activate the $15/mo plan yet?
I received my phone and plan went active 6 weeks ago (fine print stated 4-6 weeks eta on email) and so far nothing yet.
It seems there is no way to track if the offer is still processing through my TELUS account.
I am just interested in making sure there was no mix up on the back end in regards to the promo.
My Galaxy Watch 4 classic is on its last legs and the Watch 8 was the big draw when I signed contract.
Any update would be appreciated.

TELUS_Support Could you also please reach out to me? It seems like customers are not receiving this promotion unless they bring up the issue publicly. I have also not received any communication and it sounds like there were watches available at the time of these posts being raised.

I also signed up to upgrade from my S23 Ultra to the new S26 Ultra, with the bonus of receiving the Watch 8 offer. I have yet to receive any offer in my email, I have checked every part of my account (junk mail etc.) and have not found any email that states I can accept that offer. I had a similar issue when i purchased my S21 many years ago, and lost the opportunity to get my headphones. I hope not to have that happen again. Its one of the reasons I upgrade with Telus and not purchased the phone direct from Samsung.

How long ago did you receive your phone? It could take up to 6 weeks from the activation date to get the email.

It was March 9th that it was setup and activated
