ok so i get an answer that i cant be emailed a pdf of my bill because some one could enter a wrong email address but after spending 2 hours on the phone and finally getting ahold of a person they can send me a pdf of my bill 

and once again i am not allowed to respond its like you don't want thinking people to comment on the lack of any kind of service

        Is there a new issue you need support with? If you're referencing a pdf attachment with every bill, we've already addressed this.
