I`m from Russia, and I`ve got the problem. Recently I bought on ebay Iphone 4. Seller confused orders, and sent me to a locked phone, it is locked to the carrier Telus. How can I unlock this phone?

It can only be unlocked if you have an active Telus account.

But I can not make an account live in Russia. No any ways to resolve this problem?

Looks like you will need to turn to a third party unlocking service, or return it to the vendor for exchange for the product you ordered.
