Hey @TheCouzin as @felixmcm mentioned, if your plan is not monitored then you won't receive a call. If you are monitored, we will call within 2 minutes of the event. It would be worth to confirm what phone numbers are linked to your emergency contacts to ensure they call the correct number to reach you
