My internet drops for 15 - 30 minutes cuple times

Just Moved In

Since Telus got fiber around my townhouse complex my connection drops 2-3 times per day for 15-30 minutes.
I phoned to support but is completely useless, it is obvious that the DSL connection is down because the DSL LEDs from the back of my router are off. I can bet there is an equipment rebooting because after some time connection is back, no need to do anything. On the other hand whatever I do doesn't help. I even reset the device to factory settings ( some support guy with hard Indian accent and no much experience tricked me into)
Magically I got a few phone calls to sell me an upgrade to fiber.  Is guess this part of some predatory technique.
How I can get somebody to look at the logs of the DSL equipment and maybe fix it?
