In general, what is going on? This week I received three phone calls from Telus, today I answered. The caller asked me by name if service on my internet and tv were to my satisfaction. I said "Not really. The tv is too expensive and my internet either lags or at times is non-existent." His response was "Just a moment, I will transfer you to our Loyalty Service and they will help fix this." The Loyalty Service person couldn't figure out why I was calling, explaining that I will have to call Telus March 2026 if I want to cancel services with them, and in the mean time he had nothing to offer. Another example of one hand not knowing what the other is doing.
Every year Telus service is increasingly worse and I understand why there are more people switching companies or leaving tv services.
