As an existing Telus customer, am I entitled to the incentives that you are offering should I re subscribe to your bundle services?

What is your 3 year contract all about?

What if for some upsaken reason you had to cancel your services during the 3 years? Are you commited to have full packages or can you drop down to basic if you needed to due to $ reasons.

Knowledge network is advertising that they now provide HD network, and suggests their subscribers to call their tv providers and ask when it will be avalible, however i couldnt find any info about it?

not sure why telus sends the ebill 3 days after it is due??? trying tto add late charges??? totally annoyed with telus in general - dissatisfied customer waiting till the contract runs out

when are 3 year contracts going away on home service stuff like internet and phone and tv ?? does anyone feel these things should have two year contracts?
