I only have one account with Telus for home internet and the email notifications work just fine to send the receipt after I've paid, however the Bill Notification that is promised with paperless billing is not working.
I've called multiple times and it's still not fixed, and even though promised that someone would get back to me no one has. Many months, multiple phone calls and I'm STILL not getting my bill notification. Resulted in a late fee AND almost did again.

I also am experiencing the same problem with not receiving my billing notifications. I know my information is setup correctly and I am getting the overdue notifications without issue. I cannot find any way to resolve this on the website as there is no cell service or fiberoptic where I live so only have a landline.
As there is no fiber optic or cell service where I live I am getting multiple offers from the bot's to text to my landline. This is quite frustrating, please help.
