3 months ago a lady called to have her services activated, she gave the wrong address, my address. By doing so my services were terminated without my consent or to my knowledge, her boxes and cameras were sent to my address. My phone spent hours over multiple phone calls, to get them reactivated, they gave her such a hard time even after I added her as an authorized user of the account they gave her a hard time since its my account, I was working and didn't have hours to spend on the phone with telus. Finally my services were reactived, the only problem the promo I had was no longer available to me so my bill doubled, after spending hours on multiple phones calls and being promised each time things would be fixed im now being charged different amounts each month, the first bill was 180, the second was 250, the third is 380. Each call results in more of the same promises of the bill being fixed and credits being applied for the additional charges, the worst part they tell my wife she should be grateful for the credits since they've applied the maximum amount of credits for her, as if this wasn't telus's fault for allowing a stranger to disconnect my services. The last call ended with a credit for half fo the extra charges and a promise of more credits to remedy the situation next month, more empty promises. We've 40+ hours on the phone with telus and still aren't back to our original bill, we still have extra charges on our account, were now being charged for the boxes that were delivered for the lady who gave the wrong address since she never picked them up, telus was supposed to send a technician who would pick them up and fix the internet since it hasn't been working properly since the disconnection, he never came we've called back he still hasn't come. This has been so frustrating, the agents on the phone have done all they can dozens of calls, hours upon hours wasted, who do I reach out to so we can have this resolved?
