Not getting internet bill notification
I only have one account with Telus for home internet and the email notifications work just fine to send the receipt after I've paid, however the Bill Notification that is promised with paperless billing is not working. I've called multiple times and it's still not fixed, and even though promised that someone would get back to me no one has. Many months, multiple phone calls and I'm STILL not getting my bill notification. Resulted in a late fee AND almost did again.1.9KViews0likes3Comments
