I also am experiencing the same problem with not receiving my billing notifications. I know my information is setup correctly and I am getting the overdue notifications without issue. I cannot find any way to resolve this on the website as there is no cell service or fiberoptic where I live so only have a landline. As there is no fiber optic or cell service where I live I am getting multiple offers from the bot's to text to my landline. This is quite frustrating, please help.847Views0likes1Comment
