All services poor quality

Ever since I have upgrade to fibre optics with Telus the services have been very poor. I have replaced PVR boxes several times. The home security door had to be replaced less than a year later and makes a static sound when the doorbell rings and sometimes even when it doesn’t ring. I have spent 25+ hours over the past year on the phone with multiple issues. I recently upgraded my wifi and now it is not working. I’ve had it with Telus. It’s impossible to get final resolution to this ongoing problem. I’m close to cancelling all my services.
