Poor service
Today why I am leaving Telus , first they so unprofessional. I received a call from Telus selling team and they provided me a mobile plan $10:00 a month. ( call & text only ) no data no extra cost , sounds like great. $10:00 x 3 months should be $30:00 but I I received a statement $237.74 Whoo BIG company , phone customer service end up I paid off the balance. Which I am so unhappy, is fine I am paying to buy a lesson and TRUST Telus , so I am telling myself and everyone I would never and ever go back Telus anymore. Everyone need to careful when Telus selling anything to you , I will rate for telus 0 ( very poor service ) I going to cancel all service from telus
