Smart Hub

Just Moved In

I have had a ticket now for 21 days waiting on a service technician to come out to my site to check on the smart Hub.  Most times can not even run a speed yeast as it can’t connect.  Currently running off my phone.  In our campground everyone that has a smart hub has an antenna.  How long have people waited for a call back.  Every time I phone telus I get the royal run around waste my time then say sorry I can’t answer the questions of when someone will get back to me.  Have to wait for the technician!!!!  Anyone know how I can get a answer?.?
