Dear TELUS Mobility Customer Support Team,

 

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to follow up on my recent request for a price match on my TELUS mobility plan, which, to my understanding, has not yet been processed. I spend $48.09/month jointhe bring it back program on Dec.25.2024 and found price down to $25.58/month,so I submitted the price match application on Jan.5.2025 and was assured that it would be reviewed and applied to my account promptly in 15 business days. And I took a 2 hours call with your customer service and they only told me maybe it will take 20 business days but they canโ€™t guarantee it will be solved in 20 days on Jan.4.2025. However, as of today, I have not seen any changes to my billing or received confirmation that the price match has been applied.
