Dear TELUS Mobility Customer Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to follow up on my recent request for a price match on my TELUS mobility plan, which, to my understanding, has not yet been processed. I spend $48.09/month jointhe bring it back program on Dec.25.2024 and found price down to $25.58/month,so I submitted the price match application on Jan.5.2025 and was assured that it would be reviewed and applied to my account promptly in 15 business days. And I took a 2 hours call with your customer service and they only told me maybe it will take 20 business days but they can’t guarantee it will be solved in 20 days on Jan.4.2025. However, as of today, I have not seen any changes to my billing or received confirmation that the price match has been applied.
