Hi. I bought five cellphones on Dec.15.2024. Then, on Dec.27.2024, I did an online application for the Telus Price Match Guarantee. At the present time, only one cellphone had the price adjusted, but the others no. I have not received any news, nor the price were adjusted yet.
The Telus support agent told me yesterday, that I need to apply again, but I cannot find the link to apply. What can I do? Thanks.
