I have been trying to return two devices which I ordered 5 days ago. I have been calling the customer service to no avail and have been transferred from here to there.
When finally someone was able to help and say that you will get the label in 10-15 mins, that was 12 hours ago.
No sure why I cannot return the phones when the Telus service, customer service is below par.
Any help in this regards will be highly appreciated.
