Hi, I have returned 2 iPhones under the buyers remorse and it was during the strike. Couple of months forward they still haven’t refunded me yet and keep on telling me to wait. I was promised a refund but was told that it was not true and the agent made a mistake. Spoke to multiple escalations teams but they keep on telling me to wait and TELUS never respected the callback they always promised. I have called at least 30 times in the last couple of months. Ridiculous service. None of the agents work in Canada as the background noise is either scooter sound or roaster sounds. No managers to refund and we store team unreachable. By far THE WORST « CANADIAN » own company. Anyone know who I can contact to refund me ??
