I had order 2 iphone 16 twice, first Dec. 2 and found out on Dec 16th that my order was cancelled.
Dec 16th I reordered 2 phones and upon following up mid January, I was told my orders were not processed again....
I have tried calling the customer support line but both times I have waited beyond 45 minutes without ever speaking to anyone. To be clear I will not submit myself to this again....!
I have since emailed customer support twice for refunds of the 2 Dec 16th orders and am being replied that the amounts will appear on my credit card within 5 to 7 business days... but guess what nothing!
If I do not receive anything within the next 5 business days, I will be filing a small claims application since it seems like I have no other choice.
