I’m a new Telus business customer. I ordered 6 phones, which finally arrived a few days ago after some delays at the Purolator office. When I went to set them up, I noticed my account is suspended. I believe it’s suspended as I attempted to cancel my order (based on advice from a Telus sales representative to get a Black Friday offer), but then a few hours later ensured it wasn’t cancelled as the advice I was given was incorrect. This is very frustrating. I emailed all the required documents to [email protected]. I’m paying for 2 cell phone plans as I want to complete the transition of 6 lines to Telus so this needs to be solved ASAP!
