Poor cell service

I have had a cell phone in this area (Barss Corner) for 4 years. Now suddenly no one can talk on the cell phone without breaking up. What’s going on. I need a phone. I wonder if I change carriers would it solve the problem.

Saving a voicemail to email or elsewhere?

Looking to save a voicemail down to my computer or somewhere other than the Telus "Voicemail Cloud". Any suggestions other than recording via the headphone output to a PC? I'm not a business customer.

Smart hub data top up

I ran out of data on my smart hub this month. Tried to top it up and on the website it says something went wrong. And on the app it tell me that I’m not eligible at this time for a top up. Why? And how can I make it so I can top it up ?
