Hello, I was informed that my device (Joying stereo), which runs android 8.1 is 'not supported' by telus' network. I am wondering why it works flawlessly on bell. As I understand it telus' LTE/HSPA bands are all compatible with this device, the device wont read the sim as being installed, yet will pull the time/date from the network properly?
