I'm so annoyed at this program. I returned my phone 7 months ago and am now just getting charged $300. It's a very misleading program. Now I'm worried as I joined it again. Anyone else had issues?

Trade ins

I was given a quote for the phone I sent in the email said it would take 14 days to get me my payment that was back on February 1st 2024 it's now February 28th with no credit and I've sent 5 emails but have yet to get a response any ideas?

Do you have to trade your phone in to get a new one from Telus?

Billing

So, I have a Telus mobility debt in collections. My main concern is that my ex had lost the original phone on the bring it back plan o had her on. Then she got a new phone and signed some papers ect..but now that phone and her bill has become my debt...

About a week ago people have been trying to call/text me and was not able to get through. I am however able to call and text people just not receive. Not sure what's going on.

24 months monthly plans

Can I get the 24 monthly payment for new phone when I get a phone in my local Telus store.

Store policy

Visited a recent store location before entering the store I was asked for ID. My concern is that there was a google nest at the front door possibly recording my ID etc. Without fully agreeing to it because I had no choice. I believe there is a better...
